 This box stars our premium Coulotte.  Other names for this cut are, Picahna, commonly used at specialty butchers.Top Sirloin Cap is probably what you will see most often.  We have included succulent Sirloin Tip and Cross Rib steaks for the ultimate grilling experience. We've rounded it out with juicy burgers and hot dogs, so you've got everything covered from backyard cookouts to elegant dinners.
