Known as the Zabuton Steak in Japan, the denver steak is a unique cut coming from the chuck primal. Zabuton translates to "little pillow" in Japanese, which is fitting for this soft, tender, juicy and versatile cut that is just as good grilled quickly as marinated and braised.
